My career interests centre around customer loyalty and relationship marketing. My experience spans across data marketing, personalisation, strategy and customer life-cycle marketing and I am now looking for my next career opportunity within the loyalty space in Sydney.

Managing and maintaining the Nectar and eBay programme partnership, with key responsibilities including:

Accurately forecasting monthly, quarterly and yearly account revenue and analysing the performance impact on the wider business

Developing, and successfully executing, national campaign plans to drive partner KPI’s and revenue. The most recent campaign, based upon ‘gamification’ generated a revenue of c£550k

Owning the day-to-day relationship with the partner, as well as external stakeholders, including in-house departments and agencies

Understanding, developing and feeding into partnership strategy and the Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) to deliver on the partner’s KPI’s and meet the key account commercials

Leading on multiple projects, both internal and external, including a Thought Leadership project involving 35 colleagues

Supporting on partner contract negotiations.

Worked within a team of three, managing the Nectar and eBay programme partnership. Previous to this partner, experience included managing the accounts for British Gas, Vue and Merlin. Responsibilities involved:

Planned and executed national campaigns across multiple Nectar and partner channels

Supported on managing project budget lines, metric reports and status documents

Worked closely with specialist departments within the business on partnership strategy and campaign delivery, including the Insights and Marketing teams

Account Executive on the ‘Embedded Benefits Team’, I managed American Express’s international music partnerships across Europe, Asia, Asia Pacific and Canada. Key responsibilities involved:

Managed pre-sale, allotment and premium experience access for Cardmembers internationally within the ‘American Express invites’ programme

Supported onsite activations, including London Film Festival, London Restaurant Festival, London Fashion Week and Summer Series at Somerset House

Managed the client relationship in the UK from a central and international standpoint
